QEEG Brain Mapping
This assessment provides valuable insights into the functioning of your brain, helping identify any abnormalities or patterns that may be contributing to cognitive challenges or other neurological conditions.
The Future Of Mental Health
You`re Not Alone!
Do you ever find yourself struggling with cognitive challenges that hinder your daily life? You're not alone. Many individuals face common cognitive difficulties such as poor focus, memory lapses, difficulty with decision-making, or even emotional instability. These challenges can have a significant impact on your productivity, relationships, and overall well-being.
The biggest hurdle
One of the biggest hurdles in overcoming these cognitive challenges is identifying their underlying causes. Traditional assessment methods often fall short in providing a comprehensive understanding of what may be causing these difficulties. They rely on subjective observations or self-reporting, which can be unreliable and inconsistent.
Moreover, the complexities of the brain make it difficult to pinpoint the exact areas or patterns of dysfunction through conventional assessments. It's like trying to solve a puzzle without all the right pieces. This lack of clarity can lead to a frustrating cycle of trial and error, where treatments or interventions may not effectively address the root cause of the problem.
Discover your unique brain
By measuring and mapping the electrical signals in your brain, we can identify specific abnormalities or irregularities that may be contributing to how your brain cells are communicating with each other. Predict medication response and show how your brainwaves can be improved.
Understand the root problem
Break free from the frustration of not knowing why you're experiencing cognitive challenges. With a clear understanding of the root causes, you can take proactive steps towards finding the right solutions and improving your cognitive performance.
Personalized insights into your brain's functioning.
By analyzing the unique patterns in your brainwave activity, we can identify the specific areas or networks that may be contributing to your cognitive challenges. This individualized approach allows for targeted interventions, resulting in more effective outcomes and a higher chance of successful treatment.
Measure outside treatments
You can use this comprehensive brain measurement to track your progress during different therapies and treatments. This tool isn`t just used to measure the success of neurofeedback. If you would like to track success from any type of drug or treatment outside of Untangled Minds we are happy to help you collect the data.
R&D
What is a QEEG?
A QEEG (Quantitative Electroencephalogram) brain assessment is a cutting-edge technology that allows us to measure and analyze the electrical activity of your brain. This assessment provides valuable insights into the functioning of your brain, helping us identify any abnormalities or patterns that may be contributing to cognitive challenges or other neurological conditions.
The process is non-invasive and painless. It involves placing a cap with multiple electrodes on your scalp, which measures the electrical signals produced by your brain. (Just like little microphones) These signals are then amplified and recorded using specialized equipment.
Once the data is collected, it is analyzed using advanced software that compares your brainwave patterns. Identifying different markers related to unwanted experiences like anxiety, depression, and hyperactivity. You will then receive a report in which you will see images of your brain as well as what should be trained in neurofeedback to reduce unwanted symptoms.

Does It Work?
Non-invasive, accurate, and personalized assessment
The accuracy and reliability of QEEG in identifying brain abnormalities have been extensively studied and validated. For example, certain abnormal brainwave behaviors have been linked to common cognitive issues. Excessive slow wave activity in the frontal regions of the brain may indicate attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), while an imbalance in beta waves may be associated with anxiety or stress-related disorders.
Sometimes, after a qEEG, we notice that the attention networks do not present large deviations, but that the anxiety circuit is highly hyperactive. Elevated anxiety could then explain the attention difficulties. In such a case, we could recommend Neurofeedback training to reduce anxiety.
Your interventions should be as unique as your brain!

Hear From One Of Our Client`s
I tried a QEEG brain assessment at Untangled Minds Clinic and I walked away with more than I could have ever imagined. I had been experiencing negative symptoms after my car accident. I was sent for an MRI twice but they could not find anything out of place. My QEEG uncovered possible grey brain matter damage in several locations in the back and right side of my head which made sense due to the accident. With this insight, I was able to have my insurance cover 40 sessions of Neurofeedback with Amber at her clinic Untangled Minds Neurofeedback Clinic. I am excited to discover how my sessions bring me better focus, memory, and a sense of calm. Thank you, Amber.
